• What should I do if I forgot my username?

 Your username is your email address. If you do not remember which email address you used when you set up your account, please send us a message via our official email ([email protected]) and we can look up this information for you. 

  • I am with a school. Do you accept purchase orders?

 Yes, we accept signed Purchase Orders from approved schools. Please contact our Sales Team at [email protected] to receive instructions on how to be approved and submit your PO.

  • Can I place a COD order?

 No, we do not accept COD orders. All orders must be paid for at the time of purchase.

  • I ordered the incorrect item(s). What do I do?

 You can email us and request for a return claim. You can also read the  “Return Policy” in the Our Policies Section at the bottom right hand corner of our site. Once on this page you can follow up our instructions for return process. Make sure and include your order number, item(s) that you’re requesting to return. Once this information is received we will contact you back by email with your return details and give you a FREE RETURN LABEL. 

  • I forgot to add an item to my order or need to change my order. How do I do this?

 Unfortunately, there is no way to add an item(s) or change items once your order is placed. If you contact us immediately after placing your order we may be able to cancel your order so that you can re-place a new order including your additional items. If this cancellation is unable to be made prior to processing you will need to place a new order for your additional item(s).

  • I’ve not received my order, what should I do?

If you have not received your order, then please contact us at [email protected] and we will work to correct the problem as soon as possible.

  • Do you ship to my home address or I need go somewhere to pick it up?

We will deliver your order to your home directly. So please put in the correct shipping address where you are convenient to get the parcel.

Once it is shipped, you will get a confirmation email including a tracking number. All of our express companies are reputable all over the world such as USPS. 

  • How do I return an item?

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days after receiving your package.

Once getting the FREE RETURN LABEL and instructions, please pack your items carefully and send your return package to the nearest USPS. 

Send your return tracking number or a picture of return receipt to our customer service team.

We will process the return or exchange as soon as we receive your package.

  • How do I place my order?

Ordering online from The World Closet is easy! When viewing an item, simply select the attributes and quantity needed and then click ‘ADD TO CART’. Once you have your desired items in your Cart, simply click the ‘CHECKOUT’ button. You will then be prompted to either sign in to your account or to create a new account. Next, enter any discount coupon codes or Z Points that you may want to use to discount the price. Finally, you will be directed to complete the Shipping address, shipping method and payment method. A confirmation email will be sent to your registered email address containing the contents of your order!

  • Do you ship to my country?

Unfortunately, we ship only within the US.
